Andy and I were busy last night cleaning out the furnace area so the workers can finally install our new HVAC system
(our anniversary present!) today. We got rid of a lot of things the previous owners left us - random doors, windows, tiles, etc.
What we're keeping is temporarily in the basement kids' area.
Busy this morning installing the air conditioner.
This is the new condenser. A bit bigger than the old one but more efficient.
The pad for it to sit on has to be a little farther away from the house than the other so it looks like we'll be replanting some of our landscaping.
