I woke up this morning to find this on the dining room table:
I like how L made the hearts for our eyes. She may be watching too many teen movies - "From 30-minute dates ... to three kids. You will always be together." Not sure about how I look in the pregnancy drawing. Kind of seems like I have a big bottom rather than a big belly. At least her cursive is nice. I told B not to tell her she spelled anniversary wrong, but then B said he helped her spell it. He may be advanced in math; spelling, not so much.
Then I saw that L had made breakfast at some point during the night and covered it up on the table for us to find this morning. It was a breakfast of (cold) pancakes with glasses of orange juice waiting for us in the fridge. She even decorated the table with a flower and set out silverware. B was supposed to stay up and supervise the cooking, but he fell asleep and she did it all by herself. At least the house is still standing!
We wanted to go back to Frontera Grill downtown Chicago for our anniversary dinner, but I was looking at the menu on its website this morning and discovered the restaurant is closed on Sundays. :( Instead, we ended up at Pizzeria Due, and took L and E with us. B got his new Wii U game today, Pikman 3, and had some friends over to play it so he wanted to stay home. Here we are at the restaurant, picture courtesy of E:
