Lou Malnati’s just launched a new happy hour, and they had a deal: spend $15 there twice in June, and score $10 in rewards. Challenge accepted! We’d already knocked out one dinner earlier this month, so hitting up happy hour seemed like an easy way to check off round two. Turns out $5 drafts and personal (deep dish or thin) pizzas make for a pretty solid dinner, especially when it means no cooking. They also have a variety of $5 apps and other drink deals if you're feeling fancy. The only catch? Happy hour ends at 5:30, so on a normal weekday, we’d be out of luck. But Friday, we managed to skip out early and made it just in time. Sometimes a slightly sneaky exit from work pays off in pizza.
