B had a dentist appointment in Oak Park yesterday morning so Andy went to pick him up. Bonus for me is that I got to have an early Mother's Day lunch with him!
We went to Mother's Day restaurant in North Riverside where every day is Mother's Day - even the menu says so. It was busy but we only had to wait about 10 minutes for a table.
The menu is like reading a book. You can have breakfast at any time, lunch, dinner. B had a burger with egg and bacon, Andy had a club wrap and I had a club sandwich. Something for everyone. (Yes, B is wearing a new shirt and made a point of telling me he bought himself a new shirt lol.)

It was the first day of the season that Buckingham Fountain was turned on!
How sweet is this? B napping in the backseat. The kids are sending me a present but the shipping is slower than anticipated. B said it was ordered a couple of weeks ago and now it's expected by the end of the month - something to look forward to.
