Halloween in Jamaica

We started Thursday with a "pre-breakfast" room service delivery. The coffee here is very good.
We had nice sunny day for the pool.
We played Halloween trivia (didn't win) and then we carved pumpkins.
One guy brought pumpkin-carving tools from home. He might be taking this whole thing a little too seriously.
We did OK with the knife they gave us. It looks like a jack-o-lantern that a child would make.
We saw this heart of flowers on our way to lunch.
We went to the Asian restaurant on the beach for dinner. These were the appetizers. We got our entrees and Andy decided he wasn't feeling well (second time he's done this at dinner here) so we left half-way through with no dessert. It wasn't my favorite meal and I only had chopsticks to eat with anyway.
We stopped by the Halloween costume contest on our way back to our room. The had flame throwers (dancers?) performing outside the restaurant ...
acrobats during the contest...
and costume judging by category (sexiest, funniest, etc.) These are the guests vying for the sexist costume. Catwoman, on the far left, was deemed the winner.
For the funniest group, the workout couple won. The four in Flintstones costumes looked good but "Barney Rubble" introduced himself as a caveman. They deserved to lose.
