Andy was up at midnight last Friday and was able to register us for the Covid vaccine in Galesburg as part of the extended 1B group. He did it on a fluke since he was up and surprisingly we got appointments. So today we drove to the Galesburg Hy-Vee, got the vaccine, and drove home. Can't say we were impressed with what we saw of Galesburg. It was the first time there for both of us.
The consent form had me concerned so I got clearance from my oncologist and the cancer center's pharmacist. We had no problems. Hopefully we won't. (Andy's never sure where to look when taking a selfie lol.)
And since it was taco Tuesday we stopped at Taco John's for 99-cent tacos. I'm a cheap date.
