We got 2.5 inches of snow today! L had the day off and went to breakfast with a friend. Then they saw a movie in the afternoon. According to the news we were setting records: Record Nov. 11 snowfall at O'Hare. As of late morning, Chicago's official observation site on O'Hare International Airport had 3 inches on the ground – the old city record for Nov. 11 was 1.9 inches set back in 1995. And tonight it's supposed to get cold, around 20. Brrr.
