We were listening to the teacher read a story this morning on the stairs outside our room and one of the little boys, J, rested his hand on my knee. Awww!
And the teacher and I stayed after school to prepare the room for the parents on Saturday. They're coming to the Farmers Market with their kids, we're going to shop with lists the kids made in class today and afterward, we are eating doughnuts in the classroom. This is the collage they made about feeling different textures, finger-painted handprints with what they like to do with their hands and stories they love to tell and act out.
