L had a day out with Cousin C today that they apparently planned at B's graduation party. They went to lunch at Subway, saw the movie "Epic," then did some shopping at North Riverside Mall. L's big purchase of the trip was a pair of Van's gym shoes (on sale, thankfully!). She promises she'll wear them all summer long - and with socks - which she prefers not to do. She also bought a ring, three jars of nail polish, a fuzzy diary with an "L" on it, a cute cat coin purse/wristlet, a pink sweat band for her arm with a skull on it and one small, stuffed animal that makes noise. She always finds lots to buy with C. They both said they had fun.
